WorkspaceDNA Platform Architecture

Overview

The WorkspaceDNA platform is a unified solution comprising four distinct products, each designed to address specific challenges in modern Windows workspace management:

  • Change360 – Automates application migration, testing, and patching at scale.
  • Patch360 - Keep up-to-date by subscribing to applications from the Patch360 catalog and automating the onboarding, testing and export of new versions to Intune
  • Clarity360 for Intune– Provides deep visibility and advanced reporting for Microsoft Intune environments.
  • Boost360 for Intune– Extends Intune’s native capabilities with bulk actions, phased deployments, and streamlined app assignment workflows.

Architectural Breakdown

1. Change360 & Patch360

  • Automation Engine: Handles packaging, testing, and validation workflows.
  • Integration Layer: Connects with Intune, SCCM, and Azure services via secure APIs.
  • Data Insights Module: Aggregates telemetry for readiness, compatibility, and compliance.
  • Security Framework: Implements RBAC, least privilege, and compliance controls.

2. Clarity360 for Intune

  • Data Collection Service: Pulls Microsoft Graph data for Intune and Entra, Warrant data from Microsoft, Lenovo and Dell, and CVE data from NIST.
  • Analytics Engine: Transforms raw telemetry into dashboards for compliance, Autopilot, Windows Update, and vulnerability tracking.
  • Reporting Layer: Provides multi-tenant visibility and advanced insights beyond native Intune reporting.

3. Boost360 for Intune

  • Browser Extension Layer: Adds bulk assignment and phased deployment controls directly into Intune UI.
  • Automation Scripts: Executes repetitive workflows for app assignment and cleanup.
  • Integration Hooks: Works seamlessly with Intune’s existing app management framework.
