Cloud PC Overview

Enable Windows 365 integration for your workspace (admin consent and permissions).
Provision Cloud PCs for users via a guided wizard (user, security group, provisioning policy).
Sync Cloud PCs from Microsoft Intune into the product so they appear in the Cloud PC page.
Register Cloud PCs as task runners and take an initial snapshot for testing.
Take snapshots manually or automatically after provisioning.
Run smoke tests on Cloud PCs from the Modern Readiness dashboard (install app, smoke test, uninstall, restore snapshot).

With the Cloud PC feature you can get Change360 to provision Cloud PCs for you or you or you can link existing Cloud PCs to your workspace.

Each capability requires separate permission to be granted in Azure.
- Read/Write access is required to provision Cloud PCs for you
- Only Read access is required to link existing Cloud PCs to you workspace
Both capabilities can be used at the same time.

Clean vs Persistent refers to whether a Cloud PC is reverted to a preset "clean" state between tests.

Clean Cloud PCs are reverted to a clean state between tests using a snapshot to ensure a consistent test experience.
Persistent Cloud PCs are not reverted between tests allowing for upgrade scenarios to be tested as we as accounting for configuration drift and the natural evolution of an environment.
Clean Cloud PCs can be configured with default apps and configuration policies, before capturing a new snapshot. "Clean" means the Cloud PC is reverted to that snapshotted state between tests.

Before you can use the Cloud PC feature you will need to grant permissions to create and manage Cloud PCs in your Microsoft 365 Tenant.
